Services
Families can request help with the college selection, admission and financial aid process. Our list of available services is listed below:

Personality Profile
This personality assessment is designed specifically for teenage students. It uses situational-based questions to determine the student’s unique personality type - including how they communicate, process information and make decisions. The student will then review and rank general career categories. Based on their responses, careers are highlighted that match the student’s personality. This is accomplished by matching your student with careers that adults of the same personality type reported happiness within. Each student receives a complete report with the results of the personality assessment and their list of careers.
Career Research
An in-depth interview will be conducted with the student to review careers that fit with their personality, interests, abilities, values and goals. The career research includes an explanation of the daily tasks, pay scales, outlook, and work environment of possible careers. The result will be a prioritized short-list of careers that the student feels are the best fit for them.
Major Selection
The counselor will review relevant majors with the student and explore sample courses of study within each one. The student and counselor will discuss which major and minor will best prepare the student for the resulting career.
College Search
Students will be led through a college search database (which incorporates their major, minor, location desires, athletics, extracurricular activities, standardized test scores and more) to develop an initial list of potential colleges.
Right Fit Career Package - $335

College List Refinement
Research will be completed to reduce the initial college list and match the students with “right fit” colleges. This will include determining the college’s requirements for admission and an average student profile to compare with the student’s current academic status.
Campus Visits
Students will be given information on how to get the most from their visits, including details on who to meet with, how to arrange tours and effective questions to ask.
Personal Calendar
The calendar includes information on application deadlines, college essays, references, transcripts, college visits, deposits, registration and more. This is the number one favorite of busy parents and students.
Applications
A counselor will review the student’s applications online to check for thoroughness, quality and appropriateness of information included.
Award Letter Evaluation
We evaluate each institution’s offer of funding based on the student’s qualifications and the school’s past funding offers. Strategies for appeal are offered when applicable.
